Early DISMISSAL

Count on the YMCA to hold an event on PLC Early dismissal days for youth grades k-5 at the Western Elementary.  We provide activities and snacks from 12:30pm-4:00pm.  Pre-registration is required and flyers are sent home with all eligible students.

Emotional Support Group

In cooperation with Bursting Bubbles Foundation we offer a weekly support group.  They meet on Tuesdays at 7:00pm in the Coffee Room.  This is a safe place to share any emotions you are struggling with, allowing you to work through your problems. Other members can help you work through your struggles by providing you with strategies that have worked for them.

yOUTH GROUP

Partnering with The Crossing, Pike County, we invite students grades 9-12 to attend this weekly gathering at the Western Community Center YMCA. This small group is a safe place for students to gather together and grow in community and face day to day issues together. The hope is that youth enter into an intimate personal relationship with Jesus Christ and that you continue to grow in that relationship.   Check our calendar for weekly meeting times.
