Free with membership, our land-bases group exercise classes offer a variety of options for fun and fitness. From relaxing, stretching and strengthening to heart-pounding cardio action, you can find a class that makes exercise anything but routine. All group exercise classes are co-ed and designed for a variety of fitness levels. Class participation is an optional benefit included in your membership.

Fresh Air Fitness
Taking group exercise class to multiple locations throughout your community inhaling Spring’s freshness, incorporating non-traditional exercise equipment inspired by nature and building relationships with community members while increasing heart rate.
