Aroma Flow: A warm, inviting class that combines the flowing movement of vinyasa yoga and aromas/essential oils. This class consists for sun salutations, standing postures, balancing poses, twists, basic inversions and always ends with a deep, relaxing savasana.
Andrea Doellman will lead aroma flow along with educating on the benefits of Young Living essential oils.
Participants are asked to bring a Yoga mat, we have extras if you forget.
