Join our 6 week Healthy Pathways Group. Starting February 20th, participants will begin meeting and learning ways to create new healthy habits. Weekly weigh in, exercise program and group discussions covering a variety of topics that encourage movement, making healthier choices and handling stress, plus more will be covered.
When: February 20 – March 27 (Wednesday evenings)
Time: 6:30 – 7:15pm
Cost: $30 Y Members and $55 Non-Members
Weigh-In Times: Wednesdays 8:-00-11:00am or 6:15-6:30pm
Occasionally we will offer specialized programs that do require a registration fee.
